Jessica graduated in 2011 from the Charleston Cosmetology Institute and has not stopped doing fabulous hair since. She moved to Washington in 2014.
Jessica specializes in naturally curly & textured hair cutting, styling and blowout techniques. She is exceptional when it comes to highlighting and blonding. Jessica is also well versed in the wide spectrum of hair styles for men and women.
Aleida brings a lot to the table at Ella & Oz. She received extensive education at Gene Juarez Academy and graduated in 2013 where she was lauded with an award commemorating her expertise and team involvement. She then went on to complete a comprehensive apprenticeship with a master stylist.
Aleida is inspired and dedicated to her craft. She revels in opportunities to create unique haircut styles, fashion-forward coloring, gorgeous updos and bleach & tones. She is a Pacific Northwest native who relishes her role in assisting men and women to discover new levels to their attractiveness and beauty.
Coral Graduated from Toni & Guy in October 2016. She has participated in multiple Aveda professional classes to continue to learn techniques that enhance her versatility behind the chair and stay up to date with the latest trends.
Coral’s passions are two-fold – color and makeup – ranging from sun-kissed balayages to the most extreme fashion colors and designs. She loves combining unique haircuts and full-force color to provide a style to her guests that are one-of-a-kind. Additionally, she provides makeup applications to look as fresh-faced and glowing or as fierce as your ambition.
Xania grew up in the industry watching her Mom style hair. Because of her passion, Xania attended the Gene Juarez Academy, graduating in November of 2016. Xania is meticulous, exacting, and eager to build her clientele.
Having recently graduated, Xania is up on trends! She loves creating looks individually tailored to each client. She is versatile and incorporates a wide variety of looks ranging from dramatic to natural. Xania has received advanced training in balayage, cutting, and blowout techniques.
Brooke graduated from the Gene Juarez Academy in 2017. She is sincerely passionate about the beauty industry and strives to inspire here guests to feel good about themselves both inside and outside.
Brooke specializes in all gender haircuts, voluminous blowouts, and subtle to dramatic balayage highlights to match the individual style and face shape of each guest. She loves to give her guests advice for styling at home so they are able to maintain how they look when the leave the salon.
Becca moved to Seattle from the Nashville area in 2019. She graduated with honors and recognition from the cosmetology program at Paul Mitchell the School in 2014. She has spent her adult life dedicated to performance art and creating inclusive spaces through a non-profit she helped create in rural middle Tennessee that is nestled in a hollow.
Becca has a passion for dimensional color, from blondes to redheads. She loves to create colors that are customized for the individual. She is passionate about styling hair. From vintage pin-up to walk-in-the-park looks, Becca has you covered. Becca loves all genders and expressions and will strive to find a cut that leaves you feeling more confident, powerful, and ready for a revolution.
Becca gets a lot of self-satisfaction from helping people feel comfortable and more visible. She is known within her community of friends for being charismatic and easy to share a laugh.
After graduating from Aveda Institute Tallahassee in 2012, Taylor started her career in Florida as a Spa Therapist where she found her passion within the salon industry. After moving to Seattle and starting at Ella & Oz in 2015 as a Guest Service member; this passion would quickly lead her out of the treatment room and into the betterment of the salon, the team and our guests.
She believes that learning never ends and regularly attends education courses to better our best here at Ella & Oz. You may find her being a busy bee around the salon but, she will always stop to say hello and catch up!
