Cancellation Policy

We value your time and appreciate your business. We also understand that occasionally something might come up which prevents you from keeping your scheduled appointment. Simultaneously, we are confident you respect the time and effort your stylist puts into providing services to you. If we are not notified in advance you are unable to keep your scheduled appointment, your stylist is not able to fill the time slot allotted to you. To allow us an opportunity to fill a cancelled appointment, we respectfully request that you notify us no less than 24 hours before your appointment.

As a courtesy, we email, text and/or call to confirm your service appointments 2 days prior to your appointment date. You will receive a text reminder with a link to confirm your appointment. If you do not confirm via-text, you then will receive a phone call to verbally confirm your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, it is still your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed appointments and cancellation fee.

Any appointments that are cancelled without a 24 hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service(s) charges. Any appointments that are no call/no show will be charged 100% of the scheduled service(s) charges. If it is your first time at the salon and/or you are receiving a color and/or highlight service and the price is undetermined, you will be charged $100 fee for no call/no show as those appointments are scheduled for up to 3 hours of the stylists’ time.
